Our Warm Roofs

The idea of a warm roof sounds pretty good doesn’t it? From a simple search online, you will see there are many options out there. For us, we can simplify the process into a phrase of “do it properly”. We do not offer any infill roofs. We will never incorrectly advise you to use the existing roof structure and add extra weight to it. We don’t subscribe to the idea of packing out an internal ceiling with UPVC cladding. These are not proper warm roofs and should be avoided at all costs!

As a bare minimum, we will fully remove any existing roof before replacing with a new timber framed structure. Our Warm room roofs typically range between 0.12 to 0.18 u-value depending on the roof structure and design. Our goal is to ensure you gain a reception room, or extended area that you can use all year round. With the peace of mind of a 10-year guarantee.

A large range of tile finishes are available without flimsy felt in sight! We will replace all lead flashing, plus new guttering and downpipes. All old frames and roof waste will be removed from site. Internally, you will see a quality plastered finish. Usually, with the added feature of spotlights, after all you will be in this room all year round and in the evenings.

For refurbishment projects, don’t forget, taking these unloved old conservatory spaces and turning them into something special adds value to your property. Especially if you consider the alternative of knocking it down, breaking up the base and starting from scratch. We can maximise the use of what you have by a detailed survey and direct dialogue with building control inspections. The use of SIP panels and cladding or render is a fantastic way to re-design the space using the template of the original structure.

For new builds, a free CAD design is part of the initial consultation process, and we pride ourselves on listening to you to bring your ideas in practicality. We can guide you through all the legality sides of it, including planning permission, conservation areas, listed building, footing depth, tree preservations etc. With an in-house build team and project manager, we can offer solutions to most challenges!
